RKMC has engineered, manufactured, integrated, tested and deployed some of the largest modular data center campuses in the industry. One recent project included 70 purpose-built modules, delivering 32,000 sq. ft. of white space plus all supporting mechanical and electrical infrastructure.

RK Mission Critical (RKMC) designed, manufactured and commissioned over 20 indoor modular Tier III Gold constructed units for a world-class data center services provider who’d been operating for over 17 years with no downtime. RKMC designed these modular units to handle the full IT load with redundancy. RKMC created an interior module that was able to utilize their existing real estate asset and chilled water system in a granular way to save capital expenditure investment and add capacity in a just-in time fashion. RKMC provided a complete turnkey solution for each module and included all equipment except for the racks and servers. RKMC also value-engineered modules to allow for two additional racks and easier maintenance, and delivered these modules ready for hook-up to the site’s chilled water and electrical distribution.

RK Mission Critical (RKMC) designed, manufactured and commissioned the off-site manufacturing of a 1,775 sq. ft. multimodule data center. RKMC worked directly with a general contractor and was awarded the project based on a combination of our manufacturing and construction expertise. RKMC assembled the modular solution and tied it directly into the utilities provided. Our proposal included a complete turnkey solution for this build-out by utilizing our in-house companies to provide the structural, electrical, mechanical and integration scope of work. Generators and transformers were provided by the general contractor and our design utilized the power from the main energy plant and chilled water from the central utility plant. RKMC utilized our design partners to provide the architectural and engineering aspects of this solution and included all equipment, including racks and networking cabling.
